"Santa Muerte Devotion 101: Answers and Explanations for Curious Readers and New Devotees" Available on Amazon at: https://amzn.to/3SZg8mG (AD) -------------------------- There are many ways to focus your magickal intent when petitioning the Santa Muerte, and herbs can be a great way to do that. Not everybody will have access to herbs, but if you do, you can use them to create magick powders and focus the intent of your magick petition all the more. Remember; herbs in Santa Muerte magick are intended to be used as external tools - not consumed. NOTE: Some of these herbs are actually resins. If you need to grind a resin, I recommend freezing the resin before your work, to make it more brittle and less likely to gum up your formula. What follows are the herb correspondences that I use to create my own Santa Muerte petition rituals: Agrimony - a powerful breaking and reflection herb against lies and slander. Also returns negative energy, hexes, and curses to those who send them. Acts as a defense shield.
