Parked Vehicle Protection Petition
Primary Use
To cloak your vehicle from the eyes of thieves, as well as overzealous parking enforcement officials, who may target your parked vehicle.
You Will Need
Preparations
At your Santa Muerte altar, light the black offering candle so you may work in its light. In the light of the black candle, recite three times the below included Parked Vehicle Protection Santa Muerte magick prayer. Place the cloth open and flat so it can rest in the light of the black candle.
Herbal Mixture
Using your mortar and pestle, grind and incorporate an approximately equal amount of each herbal ingredient - the agrimony, black mustard seed, and blessed thistle. You do not need much; just a couple pinches of each herb will suffice. As you grind and incorporate the herbs, recite over the herbs the below included Parked Vehicle Protection magick prayer. Praying over the herbs as you incorporate them together will help you focus your intent toward your desired goal of protecting your car as it sits parked. Be careful of breathing in the dust of the herbs as you grind, as it may cause irritation. You can stop blending the herbs when you are satisfied with the consistency of the mixture. Pour the herbal mixture from your mortar into the center of the black cloth. Fold the cloth over itself to form a pocket around the herbs. Once again pray the below included Parked Vehicle Protection magick prayer.
Leave the folded black cloth to rest in the light of the candle’s flame, then let the candle burn to completion.
Place the Charm
When the candle burns to completion, the charm is complete. The next time you walk out to your vehicle, carry the folded cloth containing the herbal mixture. Before getting into your car, sprinkle the herbs over a section of the outside of the vehicle, such as over the hood of the car, or across the rear bumper, for example. Make sure you shake all the herbs off the cloth.
Keep the cloth nearby until you arrive at your destination. When you place your vehicle in park, retrieve the black cloth, hold it in your hands, and pray the below included Parked Vehicle Protection magick prayer, then tie the cloth with a knot to your steering wheel, or if driving a motorcycle / scooter, to a handlebar. When you are ready to get back on the road, untie the cloth from the steering wheel and place the cloth back in a safe place for future use.
Parked Vehicle Protection Prayer
Santa Muerte, this I pray,
Vehicle of mine keep safe.
Crooks and thieves no power here,
From my wheels make them steer clear.
Holy Death, black be your cloak,
Protect me from those who tow.
Ticket writers on their beat,
To them make my wheels unseen.
To cloak your vehicle from the eyes of thieves, as well as overzealous parking enforcement officials, who may target your parked vehicle.
You Will Need
- Agrimony - an herb believed to act as a defense shield.
- Black Mustard Seed - often associated with causing confusion for, or tripping up, law enforcement. To protect against negative attention from overzealous tow truck operators, meter-maids, and other enforcement officials.
- Blessed Thistle - herb believed to provide protection against thieves.
- Mortar and Pestle - to grind and incorporate your herbal ingredients into a magick powder.
- Black Cloth - to act as a protection charm for your parked car. About the size of a black bandana will work great.
- Black Offering Candle - to appeal to the black cloaked Santa Muerte of powerful protection, especially protection against thieves and public officials who may try to target your vehicle with negative attention.
