Practice Reading #5
Below is a pattern of coins as it might appear in a real reading. See Figure 28.
Figure 28 - A sample coin reading with all 14 coins cast.
Next, all face-down coins are disregarded, and removed from the reading surface. See Figure 29.
Figure 29 - This is the same reading from Figure 28, but all face-down coins have been removed from the reading surface.
For simplicity, the reading surface can now be rotated so The Pointer coin appears to point east, or to the three o’clock position - see Figure 30. Whether or not you physically rotate the reading is your decision, but you will always read the coins in the direction of The Pointer.
Figure 30 - The same reading from Figure 28 and Figure 29, after the face-down coins have been removed,
and the reading surface rotated so The Pointer points from left to right.

The coins, as they appear in Figure 30, are now ready to be interpreted.
Since we are reading from left to right, in the direction of The Pointer coin, we interpret The Scales of Justice coin first, because it is the coin that is farthest to the left of the pattern. The Scales of Justice represent balance, fairness, and retribution. The next coin to be interpreted is The Bridge, which represents a spiritual or physical journey. These two coins indicate that a desire for fairness or retribution will lead you to pursue a spiritual or physical journey.
Continuing to move from left to right, The Tear coin is interpreted next, which represents sadness and depression, followed by The Crown coin, which represents material success, riches, and treasure.
The Tear after The Bridge indicates that the journey on which you are about to embark will likely not be easy, and may very well result in sadness and depression. On the bright side, The Crown after The Tear could be an indication that the success and treasure, or financial balance, which you are seeking is waiting for you on the other end of the challenges that you will face, showing that your journey will ultimately pay off in the end.
The final coin to be interpreted is The Moon, which represents the ebb and flow of life. Wherever you are now, you can expect for circumstances to turn 180 degrees. Considering where this reading started, with the desire to seek balance or retribution, it is very possible that your life out of balance, or lacking retribution, will transform into a life of balance, or retribution fulfilled.
These coins appear to tell the story of a pursuit of justice, very likely related to financial retribution. You may find yourself in a courtroom, having to put up with difficult legal procedures, or pursuing someone who owes you money, which is causing you internal stress and depression. Ultimately, the coins indicate that after your struggle, you will receive the money or treasure that you are owed, and your fortunes will be reversed by the winning of what you feel you are owed.
