Thinking of Becoming a Death Doula?

I recently completed this Death Doula Diploma course offered by the Centre of Excellence, based in the United Kingdom, and I'm happy to say I was very satisfied with the quality and the content. It was a course I took for personal enrichment, and while I am not quite sure how I will apply the knowledge gained in the future, I am confident that the course has given me a solid foundation from which to explore death doula work.

After completion of this course you'll be able to more confidently provide comfort to close friends or family members who are transitioning through death. You may be able to volunteer in hospital or hospice environments. Many graduates of death doula diploma courses will start their own businesses dedicated to helping people come to terms with an impending death.
