Primary Use

To encourage the return of property lent. When you want something borrowed by another person to come back to you.

Boomerang Magick Powder

You Will Need:

Herbs:
​

• Cinnamon - associated with prosperity, abundance, and fullness. Used here to represent abundance of property and your wealth being made whole.
• Thistle, Blessed - for protection from thieves, so the item you lend is not taken from you permanently.
• Wheat Flour - to represent harvesting the property which you temporarily send into the world.

​Other Items:

• ​Mortar and Pestle - for grinding your herbal ingredients into a powder.
• Mini-Mason Jar - or other suitable container. For storing your Boomerang magick powder. Mini mason jars are recommended because they offer a wide mouth for easy pouring.
• 1 Green Candle - to appeal to the energy of the Green Cloaked Santa Muerte of justice and getting what is owed.

Powder Instructions

At your Santa Muerte altar in the glow of the green candle's flame, grind your desired amount of cinnamon, blessed thistle, and wheat flour into a powder.

As you grind the herb, recite and meditate on the Boomerang Santa Muerte magick prayer, which is found below. Praying over the herbs while you grind them into a powder will help you focus the energy of your magick toward the desired intent of protecting your property so that what you lend is safely returned.  Be careful of breathing in the dust of the herbs as you grind, as it may cause irritation.

Transfer to the mini-mason jar or other container, and leave in the light of your green candle until the candle burns to completion. Label the jar or container.

To use powder, recite the Boomerang Santa Muerte magick prayer, found below, as you sprinkle in and around areas associated with items that you lend to others. Sprinkle in your bookcase to encourage the return of a book you let someone borrow. Sprinkle in your kitchen cabinet to encourage the return of Tupperware or casserole dishes you let someone borrow. Sprinkle a little in the pockets of clothing that you let someone borrow.

Boomerang Magick Oil

You Will Need

Ingredients:

• Boomerang Magick Powder - from the instructions above.
• Coconut Carrier Oil - a magickal oil base for formulas dealing with purification and protection, to protect the property you send into the world.​

Other Items:

• ​Mini-Mason Jar - for storing your boomerang magick oil. Mini mason jars are recommended because they offer a wide mouth for easy pouring. Also, small batches are recommended because magick oil has a shelf life, so you shouldn't make more than you intend on using over the next few months.
• 1 Green Candle - to appeal to the energy of the Green Cloaked Santa Muerte of justice and getting what is owed.

Oil Instructions

At your Santa Muerte altar in the glow of the green candle's flame, combine in your mini-mason jar or other magick oil container Boomerang Magick Powder and coconut carrier oil. There is no rule as to how much powder you should add to the oil, but a ratio of about 10% powder to 90% oil will do just fine.

​Stir or mix until all dry powder is incorporated. As you do that, continue to recite the Boomerang Santa Muerte magick prayer (found below) over your potion while meditating on the intent of protecting your property so that what you lend is safely returned.

Leave in the light of your green candle until the candle burns to completion. Label the jar or container.

Store your new batch of magick oil for at least 10 days in a cool, dark place before use to allow the carrier oil enough time to absorb the energies of the dry ingredient. During this time, you can periodically mix the ingredients as you pray the Boomerang magick prayer and focus on the magickal intent behind the potion. ​Your oil is ready for magickal work after the 10th day. Continue to store in a cool, dark place when not in use.

To use oil, recite the below Boomerang Santa Muerte magick prayer as you anoint property which you intend on lending to other people. Anoint electronics and clothing accessories. Anoint jewelry and the corners of book covers. Anoint the outside of Tupperware containers and casserole dishes. There is no need to douse the item, just a dab of oil will work just fine.
