Follow My Lead Magick Powder

You Will Need -

Herbs:

Nettle - for strength of will, for help with handling emergencies.
Sage - for wisdom and mental strength. Also removes and repels negativity.
Clove - to attract friends and prevent gossip.
Slippery Elm Bark - against lies, against gossip.

Other Items:

Mortar and Pestle - for grinding your herbal ingredients into a powder.
Mini-Mason Jar - or other suitable container. For storing your Follow My Lead magick powder. Mini mason jars are recommended because they offer a wide mouth for easy pouring.
1 Black Candle - to appeal to the Black Cloaked Santa Muerte of Protection from Personal Attacks.
1 Red Candle - to appeal to the Red Cloaked Santa Muerte of Love and Compassion.
1 Blue Candle - to appeal to the Blue Cloaked Santa Muerte of Wisdom and Knowledge.

Powder Instructions -

At your Santa Muerte altar in the glow of the three burning candles, grind together approximately equal parts of herbal ingredients into a powder. Slippery elm bark is often sold in the form of wood shavings, which may be difficult to grind in a mortar and pestle, but cutting larger pieces into smaller pieces, and ensuring that the herb is as dry as possible, will make grinding easier.

As you grind your herbal ingredients, recite and meditate on the Follow My Lead Santa Muerte magick prayer found below. Praying over the herbs while you grind them into a powder will help you focus the energy of the potion toward gaining the trust and compliance of subordinates and making strong leadership decisions. Be careful of breathing in the dust of the herbs as you grind, as it may cause irritation.

Transfer to the mini-mason jar or other container, and leave in the light of your three candles until they burn to completion. Label the jar or container.

To use powder, recite the Follow My Lead Santa Muerte magick prayer included below while you sprinkle on and around your "Seat of Power", which is the area that best represents your professional leadership position. It could be your office, your work vehicle, or a podium. Sprinkle in your shoes so you may stand confident and encourage subordinates to follow your lead. Olive Carrier Oil - an all purpose magickal oil base known for attracting peace and protection.

Other Items:

Mini-Mason Jar - for storing your Follow My Lead magick oil. Mini mason jars are recommended because they offer a wide mouth for easy pouring. Also, small batches are recommended because magick oil has a shelf life, so you shouldn't make more than you intend on using over the next few months.
1 Black Candle - to appeal to the Black Cloaked Santa Muerte of Protection from Personal Attacks.
1 Red Candle - to appeal to the Red Cloaked Santa Muerte of Love and Compassion.
1 Blue Candle - to appeal to the Blue Cloaked Santa Muerte of Wisdom and Knowledge.

Oil Instructions -

At your Santa Muerte altar in the glow of the three burning candles, combine in your mini-mason jar or other magick oil container Follow My Lead magick powder and olive oil carrier oil. There is no rule as to how much powder you should add to the oil, but a ratio of about 10% powder to 90% oil will do just fine.

Stir or mix until all dry powder is incorporated. As you do that, continue to recite the Follow My Lead Santa Muerte magick prayer (found below) over your potion while meditating on the intent of gaining compliance from subordinates and making strong leadership decisions.

Leave in the light of your three candles until they all burn to completion. Label the jar or container.

Store your new batch of magick oil for at least 10 days in a cool, dark place before use to allow the carrier oil enough time to absorb the energies of the dry ingredients. During this time, you can periodically mix the ingredients as you pray the Follow My Lead magick prayer and focus on the magickal intent behind the potion. Your oil is ready for magickal work after the 10th day. Continue to store in a cool, dark place when not in use.

To use oil, recite the Follow My Lead prayer below and anoint areas associated with your leadership position. Anoint the four corners of your desk where you work, and anoint any items directly associated with your profession. For example, a police officer may anoint his or her badge, a doctor his or her stethoscope, an accountant his or her calculator, etc.

You can also trace the words "YES BOSS!" in oil on your name plate, work ID, the front of your desk, or anywhere else that faces people when they look at you. Anoint a black, red, and blue candle on your altar as an offering to the Santa Muerte and recite the Follow My Lead prayer as you set each candle aflame - let them burn until complete.
