Home Sell Fast Santa Muerte Magick

Primary Use

To ensure the quick and speedy sale of your home.

You Will Need​
​

• 1 Green Cloaked Santa Muerte Figurine - to represent the Santa Muerte of law and legal matters, as well as to represent the green of the land. This color is appropriate because the sale of real estate is a legal matter relating to land.​ 
• Green Cloth - to wrap the figurine of the Santa Muerte, and to further target your intent toward the desired purpose of selling a home.
• 1 Plastic Bag - to protect your wrapped Santa Muerte figurine. A small black trash bag would work great.
• 1 Trowel - to dig a small hole in the ground big enough to fit your wrapped Santa Muerte figurine.
• 1 Green Candle - to invoke the energy of the green cloaked Santa Muerte of legal matters and of the land.
• 1 Plant Pot and Soil - ONLY if you are attempting to sell a home that does NOT have a front yard.

Preparations

At your Santa Muerte altar, etch the address of your home into the green offering candle, then light the candle so you may continue to work in its light. 

Retrieve the Santa Muerte figurine, and ceremoniously lay it in the center of the green cloth. Slowly fold the corners of the green cloth over the figurine, wrapping it securely in a snug bundle. You may also mark the top and front of the bundle, to ensure you remember which way the figurine inside is facing. As you fold the figurine into the green cloth, recite the Home Sell Fast Santa Muerte magick prayer, which you can find below. Leave the bundled figurine at your Santa Muerte altar, in the light of the green candle's flame, and allow the candle to burn to completion. As the candle burns, you may return to your altar to continue reciting the below magick prayer over the wrapped figurine, as you also meditate on your intent of selling your home fast.

Burying Your Figurine

After the green offering candle has burned to completion, retrieve the bundled figurine and wrap it in the plastic bag. Now, if you have a front or backyard, take the bundled figurine, which is now wrapped in plastic, to the yard of your home, and dig a small hole where you are able. The hole should be wide enough and deep enough to completely conceal the bundled figurine beneath the ground. Place the bundle into the hole so the figurine within is UPSIDE DOWN and FACING your home. Bury the bundle. You may continue to recite the Home Sell Fast magick prayer as you dig the hole and bury the figurine.

If you do not have a front or backyard (like if you are trying to sell a condo apartment unit) then you may bury the bundled figurine in a potted plant or pot of soil placed just outside your front door, just inside your front door, or on a balcony. Again, the buried figurine should be buried UPSIDE DOWN and FACING into the center of your home. If you use this method, keep in mind that somebody may come along and move or rotate the pot. To make sure you don't lose track of which way the buried Santa Muerte figurine is facing, you can mark the front of the pot with a small "X", or other identifiable symbol. Again, you may recite the below magick prayer and meditate on selling your home as you prepare and bury the figurine in the pot.

Now leave in place until your home sells!

After The Sale

Once the home has sold, retrieve the buried bundle, and unwrap the figurine. As a show of thanks to Santa Muerte for helping to sell your home, you should place the figurine - uncovered and right side up - in a position of respect or prominence in your NEW home. For example, atop a mantle or over the front door. You may also use this same figurine in the exact same manner for any future sale which might come up. Whatever remains may be treated as outlined  in my post, "How to Dispose of Magick Trash."

Santa Muerte, hear this plea,
and bring a buyer straight to me.

Upside down and in the ground,
until a buyer can be found.
