You Will Need -

Herbs:

Bay Leaf - to stimulate psychic powers.

Mugwort - for prophetic dreams.

Other Items:

Mortar and Pestle - for grinding your herbal ingredients into a fine powder.
1 Purple Candle - to invoke the energy of the Purple Cloaked Santa Muerte of Intuition and psychic energy.

Powder Instructions -

At your Santa Muerte altar in the glow of the purple candle's flame, grind together approximately equal parts of herbal ingredients into a fine powder. As you do, recite and meditate on the Psychic Vision Santa Muerte magick prayer found below. Praying over the herbs while you grind them into a fine powder will help you focus the energy of the potion toward your desired intent of tapping into psychic powers and the gift of intuition. Be careful of breathing in the dust of the herbs as you grind, as it may cause irritation. The powder is complete when reduced to a fine consistency. Store in a suitable jar and label.

Allow the purple candle to burn on your altar until complete.

To use powder, recite the Psychic Vision Santa Muerte magick prayer included below while you sprinkle in areas and over tools related to your psychic work. Sprinkle in the box or container where you store your divination tools. Sprinkle a pinch in your pillowcase to encourage prophetic dreams. Sprinkle over the table before any divining work. When you have a difficult problem that requires your meditation and intuition, light a purple candle and write your problem in the form of a question on a piece of paper. Fold a pinch of Psychic Vision powder into the paper and light the paper on fire with the flame from the purple candle. Let the paper burn completely in a cauldron or fire safe bowl. Hemp Seed Carrier Oil - a magickal oil base for formulas dealing with psychic powers and intuition.

Other Items:

Mini-Mason Jar - for storing your Psychic Vision Magick oil. Mini mason jars are recommended because they offer a wide mouth for easy pouring. Also, small batches are recommended because magick oil has a shelf life, so you shouldn't make more than you intend on using over the next few months.
Purple Cloth - for wrapping your magick oil container, both to limit light into the oil and to further symbolize the magickal intent behind the formula.
1 Purple Candle - to invoke the energy of the Purple Cloaked Santa Muerte of Intuition and psychic power.

Oil Instructions -

At your Santa Muerte altar in the glow of the purple candle's flame, combine in your mini-mason jar or other magick oil container Psychic Vision Magick Powder and hemp seed carrier oil. You want the amount of hemp seed carrier oil you add to be just enough to cover the amount of magick powder you add. In other words, when the jar is resting it should appear like the powder is floating in all parts of the oil instead of just collecting at the bottom of the jar. This allows for the most efficient and potent infusion into the oil.

Stir or mix until all dry powder is incorporated. As you do that, continue to recite the Psychic Vision Santa Muerte magick prayer (found below) over your potion while meditating on the intent of tapping into psychic powers and the gift of intuition.

Label your jar and, for added power, wrap in a purple cloth or purple cloth bag, which you can also tag with a label.

Allow the purple candle to burn on your altar until complete.

Store your new batch of magick oil for at least 10 days in a cool, dark place before use to allow the carrier oil enough time to absorb the energies and scents of the dry ingredients. Each day, gently mix the ingredients as you pray the Psychic Vision magick prayer and focus on the magickal intent behind the potion.

Your oil is ready for magickal work after the 10th day. Continue to store in a cool, dark place and in a purple cloth or bag when not in use.

Anoint divination tools before every reading. Anoint the forehead before sleep for psychic dreams.
