You Will Need -

Herbs:

• Irish Moss - to ensure a steady flow of cash, to bring customers in business.
• Patchouli - to draw money in general.
• Basil - to dispel negativity and curses that may be standing in the way of steady work, encourages money, wealth, success, and prosperity.

​Other Items:

• Your Business Card or Resume - to target the other ingredients toward bringing you money by way of steady work.
• ​Cauldron / Burn Pot - for lighting your business card or resume on fire.
• ​Mortar and Pestle - for grinding and incorporating your herbal ingredients into a powder.
• ​Mini-Mason Jar - or other suitable container. For storing your Steady Work magick powder. Mini mason jars are recommended because they offer a wide mouth for easy pouring. 
• ​1 Gold Candle - to appeal to the energy of the Gold Cloaked Santa Muerte of Work and Business Profits.

Powder Instructions -

At your Santa Muerte altar in the glow of the gold candle's flame, grind together approximately equal parts of herbal ingredients into a powder. As you do, recite and meditate on the Steady Work Santa Muerte magick prayer found below. Praying over the herbs while you grind them into a powder will help you focus the energy of the potion toward your desired intent of attracting work and business.  Be careful of breathing in the dust of the herbs as you grind, as it may cause irritation.
 
​In your cauldron or burn pot, light your business card or resume on fire, reciting the Steady Work prayer as the paper burns. When the flames have died, add the ashes to your ground herbal ingredients and mix together. Your powder is complete when all dry ingredients have been well mixed.

Transfer to the mini-mason jar or other container, and leave in the light of your gold candle until the candle burns to completion. Label the jar or container.

To use powder, recite the Steady Work Santa Muerte magick prayer included below while you sprinkle in your wallet, purse, or pockets. Sprinkle in your shoes to help you walk into work opportunities. Sprinkle around the outside of your business or office and along paths leading up to your business or office. Sprinkle in your work vehicle. • Almond Carrier Oil - a magickal oil base for formulas dealing with money and business.

• ​Mini-Mason Jar - for storing your Steady Work Magick oil. Mini mason jars are recommended because they offer a wide mouth for easy pouring. Also, small batches are recommended because magick oil has a shelf life, so you shouldn't make more than you intend on using over the next few months.
• 1 Gold Candle - to appeal to the energy of the Gold Cloaked Santa Muerte of Work and Business Profits.

Oil Instructions -

At your Santa Muerte altar in the glow of the gold candle's flame, combine in your mini-mason jar or other magick oil container Steady Work Magick Powder and almond carrier oil. There is no rule as to how much powder you should add to the oil, but a ratio of about 10% powder to 90% oil will do just fine.

​Stir or mix until all dry powder is incorporated. As you do that, continue to recite the Steady Work Santa Muerte magick prayer (found below) over your potion while meditating on the intent of attracting work and business.

Leave in the light of your gold candle until the candle burns to completion. Label the jar or container.

Store your new batch of magick oil for at least 10 days in a cool, dark place before use to allow the carrier oil enough time to absorb the energies of the dry ingredients. During this time, you can periodically mix the ingredients as you pray the Steady Work magick prayer and focus on the magickal intent behind the potion. ​Your oil is ready for magickal work after the 10th day. Continue to store in a cool, dark place when not in use.

To use oil, recite the Steady Work Santa Muerte magick prayer while you anoint items and places related to your profession, or the type of work you want. Anoint the edges of business cards or marketing flyers before distribution. Trace the words "Open for Business" in oil on the door of your office or business. If you work or look for work online, then anoint the edges of your computer monitor. Anoint a gold candle with "Steady Work" oil and burn it as an offering on your Santa Muerte altar. For more specific energy, etch the name of your business into the candle. If you use a special tool for your work, like a camera, hard hat, stethoscope, etc, anoint that as well. As you anoint with your oil, recite the Steady Work Santa Muerte magick prayer below.​
