Weight Loss Santa Muerte Magick

Primary Use:

A petition to help in losing a few pounds.

***Magick is a tool, not a cure. Always use magick in conjunction with modern medicine.

You Will Need:

Herbs:

• Cinnamon - to attract a sense of fullness and satisfaction to the belly, to avoid overeating.
• Ginger - for self confidence, especially to avoid emotional eating.
• Cayenne Pepper - to add heat that burns calories and melts pounds.

Other Items:

• Mortar and Pestle - to grind and incorporate the herbal ingredients.

• 1 Yellow Offering Candle - to appeal to the health and healing aspect of Santa Muerte.

The Petition:

At your Santa Muerte altar, in the glow of the yellow candle's flame, grind together approximately equal parts of herbal ingredients into a powder.

As you grind the herbal ingredients, recite and meditate on the Weight Loss Santa Muerte magick prayer, found below. Praying over the herbs while you grind them into powder will help you focus the energy of the potion toward your desired intent of shedding a few pounds and becoming happy with your physical appearance.  Be careful of breathing in the dust of the herbs as you grind, as it may cause irritation.

When the herbs are ground into a powder, slowly encircle the offering candle with the herbal ingredients, continuing to recite the below Weight Loss magick prayer as you do. When the candle is encircled in a ring of your herbal ingredients, leave the candle at your altar to burn to completion. 

Once the candle burns to completion, the petition is complete.

Weight Loss Santa Muerte Magick Prayer:

Santa Muerte, now I pray,
take these excess pounds away.

Keep me full, so less I eat,
strong of will, I will succeed.

On the scale, when I step next,
let the number be much less.
